I needed emergency cat sitting services while I was on vacation for two weeks. Called them on Friday night and had meeting with sitter on Saturday. Services started on Sunday
Everything was great. It was an emergency thing, lost my sitter at the last moment. Sondi called me Friday evening and was so supportive and understanding. I met with the sitter the next morning. I've never used a professional sitter before and was a little nervous but Sondi and the sitter definitely calmed my nerves. Next time I go away I will definitely be calling them. It was so nice to come home to a log of all the visits detailing play time and feeding items. Kim F.
We have used Au Purr several times and are so impressed. We love our cat and wanted him to be taken care of while we go away and we know each time we use them Dunkin is in good hands. Liz Marie has been our sitter and Dunkin loves her dearly. She emails us with daily reports and goes out of her way to make sure Dunkin is taken care Of. This service is AMAZING. I recently moved here from NJ and I had not had the best experience with cat sitters up in my old town. I found this service off Angie's List and called them based on their reviews. After I spoke with the owner, Sondi, and met my cat sitter Carol, I knew I had found the perfect match. I had absolutely ZERO anxiety leaving my two cats. Carol was excellent with my cats and was very patient with my super shy cat Bear. The sitters for this service are all pet owners themselves and if you have a cat- you are matched with a sitter who also has cats. They bring real peacock feathers each visit, and let me tell you- my cats went CRAZY for those feathers!!! Carol was extremely punctual, came as many times as we asked- even stayed a few extra minutes to try to coax my shy Bear out from his hiding spot (he's super timid). She texted me updates nearly daily (they will call or text you as many times as you like) and responded very fast whenever I reached out to her. She was a trooper getting to my house over the bad weather and made sure my cats had what they needed in the event that she was unable to come back at night due to a snow/ice storm. This service is HANDS DOWN the best I have EVER found.The cats did not seem stressed at all from our absence. Amanda T.
